During the years of 1963 and 1978 over 240 athletes competed at the community college for the College of San Mateo. All swimmers, divers and water polo players and managers were invited to the first Bulldog Reunion. To say that it was a success would be a gross understatement. The true essence of family permeated the room for the entire evening. The Bulldog Brotherhood was exemplified by the sharing of the common threads that ran throughout the 16 years. 102 alumni were located, 70 were present. For me, it was an experience of a lifetime.
