Host coaches
(please read):
1) Please check this page regularly as changes will be posted as quickly
as possible. Please review the detail in the spreadsheet to identify
level, length of period, time outs, etc. If there
are any changes required, please E-mail those requests to Rich
Donner at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the tournament.
2) Referee Payments:
A. Tournament directors must have a copy of the assignment
schedule available for referees to initial on the day(s) of the tournament.
B. Tournament directors must have a secured envelope to collect W-9s
if referees are required to submit them for payment for their tournament
assignments.
C. Designated payors will be emailed PRA spreadsheets, with all pertinent
income tax information, at the conclusion of the tournament.
E. Tournament directors are expected to compile the number of games
worked by each official and enter the total number
of games on the spreadsheet prior to submitting it to the appropriate
school source for payment. Payments due to referees may be accumulated,
but must be made within 30 days after the completion of the tournament.
